Rental Policies

Deposit

Placeholder — update with your policy. Example: A refundable security deposit of $XXX is required. It is returned within X business days after the trailer is returned undamaged and clean. Deductions may apply for damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning.

Cancellation

Placeholder — update with your policy. Example: Cancellations made 7+ days before pickup: full refund minus a $XX processing fee. 3–7 days: 50% refund. Fewer than 3 days: no refund. We may make exceptions for emergencies at our discretion.

Insurance

Placeholder — update with your policy. Example: Renters must have qualifying RV or trailer insurance, or purchase a rental policy through [provider/link]. The trailer must be covered for the rental period. Proof may be required before pickup.

Rules & Requirements

• No smoking inside the trailer.
• Pets: [Your policy — e.g. no pets, or pets allowed with a fee.]
• Towing: Your vehicle must meet the trailer’s towing requirements (hitch weight, GVWR). We can provide towing specs.
• Destination: Pickups and use are limited to the Western United States. Do not take the trailer across the U.S. border into another country.
• Gas can: If you rent the 2.5 gal gas can, it must be returned at the end of your trip.
